Prudex AI

The Consul Partnership

Your AI department.

Prudex AI builds custom AI systems for established firms, and then runs them. We find where AI genuinely belongs in your business, build it around how you already work, train your people on it, and keep it healthy. Not a product you subscribe to: a department you add.

It starts with a focused session and a short written summary of what we found. No charge, no obligation, no preparation needed.

For established, profitable firms in regulated industries. Why we say you don’t have a revenue problem

From $2,000

a month for a partnership. Three tiers, chosen by you.

From $7,500

for a build, priced by scope, with a fixed quote before any commitment.

60 days

of partnership included when you start with a build. Cancel in writing before day 60 and keep the build.

48 hours

to hear from us if an incident ever affects your information. Committed in writing.

What a partnership includes

Six working parts.

Together they do the job an in-house AI lead would do, for a fraction of what that hire costs.

01

Your AI Roadmap

A living map of where your time actually goes, what is worth automating ranked by return, and what is not worth touching. Built in the first weeks, reviewed with you in a standing executive session.

02

Development hours

A monthly bank of build hours for new features, integrations, and extensions, directed by you. Unused hours convert to credit toward your next build, so a quiet quarter is never wasted.

03

Maintenance, never metered

Everything we build for you stays healthy: monitoring, fixes, security patches, and model upgrades as they ship. Repairs never consume your hours, and a monthly health statement per system shows what ran and what changed.

04

Training for your team

Regular sessions tailored to your industry and your tools, plus a written materials library your team keeps. A firm whose people use AI well compounds every system we build.

05

Straight answers on new tools

Ask about any AI tool and get a written verdict: what it does, whether it fits your systems and your compliance, and what to use instead if it does not. Plus a short monthly briefing written for your firm.

06

A compliance file that stays current

Our data handling and confidentiality practices, documented and kept current for your records, with support for security questionnaires and reviews. Built for firms whose regulators expect written answers about every vendor.

Not everything is worth automating. Part of what you are paying for is being told so before money is spent, not after.

Getting started

Three ways to begin.

The 60 days is our guarantee: you experience the partnership with the system live before the first partnership invoice exists.

Partnership first

Start with the relationship

The partnership is the engagement. Your AI Roadmap is the first deliverable, and builds follow at partner pricing as you approve them.

Build with commitment

The best economics

Commit to a 12-month partnership alongside your build and the build price drops meaningfully, with a reduced monthly for your first six months.

Build first

Prove it, then decide

The build at standard price, with your first 60 days of partnership included. Continue if it earns its place; cancel in writing before day 60 and keep the build, owing nothing more.

Choosing a tier

We recommend. You choose.

Tiers follow your needs, not your headcount. Partnerships from $2,000 a month; a fixed recommendation comes out of the consultation.

I

Consul Core

Get the first workflows off your plate.

II

Consul Premier

Build momentum: automation across the practice.

III

Consul Enterprise

Go AI-first: every department moving.

An automation without an owner becomes a liability. Ours come with one.

The part your compliance officer will ask about

How we handle your information.

Four commitments, in writing, before anything starts. The full ledger and the vendor-diligence file live on the trust page.

  • 01

Nothing is touched before an NDA is signed.

  • 02

You own the AI account your system runs on.

  • 03

    Production runs in your environment.

  • 04

If something goes wrong, you hear it from us first.

Plain answers

Asked, answered.

The questions that come up on nearly every first call, answered the way we answer them in the room.

What does it cost?

Partnerships start at $2,000 a month and builds start at $7,500. Every engagement is priced by scope, so a fixed quote comes before any commitment, never after.

What happens in the complimentary consultation?

A focused session on how the work actually gets done at your firm today and where the time goes, followed by a short written summary of what we found. No charge, no obligation, and no preparation needed on your side.

Do we have to commit before seeing anything?

No. You can start with a single build at standard price, with your first 60 days of partnership included. Cancel in writing before day 60 and you keep the build, owing nothing more.

Who owns the system?

You do. Production runs in your environment, on your own accounts, and the code is yours per the agreement. A financed build transfers ownership at final payment, and you use the system from delivery day either way.

What counts as maintenance, and what uses our hours?

If something we built stops working the way it is documented to work, fixing it is free and always will be. New features and changes come from your hour bank. The line between the two is written into every agreement, so it is never an argument.

Can you work inside our compliance requirements?

That is the practice. Nothing is touched before an NDA, production runs in your environment, your data is never used to train public models, and our data handling practices are documented for your vendor file. We complete security questionnaires in your format and take calls with your compliance team.

What if we already bought AI tools?

Bring them to the consultation. Part of a partnership is straight answers on tools: a written verdict on what fits your systems and your compliance, and what to use instead when something does not.

What if we only need a finished system kept alive?

A simple maintenance-only plan exists for firms that want nothing more than a system kept healthy. Most firms outgrow it, and it converts cleanly into a partnership when they do.

The next step is half an hour, and it costs nothing.

No preparation needed, and nothing to look at.
