The bottleneck

Every client meeting starts with hours of preparation that no one bills for. Someone on your team pulls numbers from one system, charts from another, and notes from a third, then assembles it all into a deck or report by hand. It happens before every review, every quarter, for every client.

The work is repetitive, the formatting drifts from person to person, and the hours add up to real money spent making the same document over and over.

What Iris does

Iris turns your existing client data into finished, fully branded presentation materials in minutes. Connect the systems where your client information already lives, and Iris assembles review decks, reports, and client-ready documents in your firm's format, with your firm's branding, every time.

Your team walks into the meeting prepared; nobody spends the night before building slides.

Built around your firm

Iris is not template software. Every deployment is tailored: your data sources, your document formats, your review workflow, your branding. It runs on secure infrastructure appropriate to your compliance requirements, and your client data is never used to train public AI models.

Field note · Wealth management

Six hours of work, done in seconds.

What it was costing them

Four to six hours per presentation, per client meeting, then again for the next client.

Why it travels

Almost every business produces something for its clients that looks the same every time: reports, proposals, summaries, statements, quarterly updates, onboarding packets.

If you manage someone's money, you meet periodically to show them where they stand. Most clients never check their own balances, they are paying precisely so they do not have to, which makes that meeting the place trust is either built or quietly lost. At this firm, every meeting needed a presentation, and each one was built by hand.

Now the documents go in, the report type gets picked, and the full presentation comes out in the firm's own format: agenda, net worth, tax position, inflows and outflows, growth and income, action items. It stays editable in plain language, so an instruction like rename this for the next family updates the document.

Four to six hours becomes about fifteen seconds, and the advisor spends the time on the conversation instead of the artifact. Nothing is locked; every number and section can still be changed by hand before it goes out, because the advisor is the one sitting in front of the client.

The format was not ours. We built around the way this firm already presented its work, down to the order of the sections, because a client-facing document that does not look like the firm's own is worse than no document at all.

Own it outright, or let it compound.

Every build in the catalog can be owned outright, priced by scope with a fixed quote before any commitment. Inside a partnership it compounds: maintained without limit, extended through a standing roadmap, and backed by a team trained to use it well.
